Solar hot water
Anyone tried making one of these yet to help with their hot water heating in the off season?

No link. Just asking if anyone has tried making one yet. I'm working on a batch one for summer use to tie into my hot water heater.

Re: Solar hot water
Anything you can do to warm up your well water before it hits the tank will help, it can be as simple as diverting the incoming water to the tank through some black plastic pipe on the south side of the house and then come back to the inlet side of the tank.
