Saw this today. Doesn't look like it ever had two ears. I wonder if it was born that way or it something tore it off. Was kind if sickly looking and just sat there.

Looks like some blood on it's head! Probably wouldn't affect the taste much, one small portion you'd need a lot of them for a real meal

I've ran over them with my brush hog before and had the poor little buggers nipped like that.
Plants need to breath too, CO2!
