Garage

Post by Bull » Sat Mar 18, 2017 10:18 pm

I am getting ready to rework the inside of my Garage or shop. I have shelves built in different locations and I am going to tear them all out and build a mezzanine from front to back (60 feet) at about 6.5 feet up to get things up off the floor and move the work bench and all other tools to the rear of the shop and get a 2 post lift. I hope to be done by late summer but with the other projects (Honey do list) I am not sure when I will start it LOL

Sounds like a good plan. My shelves seem to always get piled with junk and can't find anything on them eventually. If you keep updating this post you will get it done sooner. LOL

Bobcat 642B, it had a 4 cyl gas engine but I changed it over to a 3 cyl diesel out of a john deer tractor

Is the engine sideways in it?

I have to adjust or replace the drive belt on the Toolcat. It has been squeeling and slipping lately. They must only use belts on the skidsteers with sideways mounted engines.

Are there any adjustments for the belt and maybe some belt dressing for the squealing ?

I haven't looked at it yet. It is worse when cold out.
